CONTRACT CONDITIONS

In this section you can consult the conditions of payment, reimbursement and change of classes, as well as other information of interest.

At SpanishconLau we love questions! Asking questions and making mistakes is the best way to learn!

PAYMENT OF THE CLASSES

The trial lesson is totally free of charge and lasts 40 minutes. After that session you can decide if you want to continue or not, without any commitment.
Classes are always paid in advance. You can pay class by class, or by weeks, months… You decide. Find out about discounted class packs PRICES
The group classes are paid monthly, before starting the course.
Payment for classes is made by bank transfer or Bizum phone application.
SpanishconLau is not responsible for any commissions the student may have to pay for transfer payments.
In your personalized DRIVE folder, you will find updated calendars with the classes you have contracted and paid for so you can keep track of your payments.

classes duration

Classes have a duration of 60 minutes.

cancellations

You will be able to cancel the class without losing the money and change the day if you let me know 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel the class with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for the class, that hour will be charged.

rate modification

I reserve the right to change my rates but that change will not affect students who already have a predetermined rate.

PACK EXPIRY

All lesson packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

VACATION OR DISABILITY OF THE TEACHER

If the teacher takes a vacation break will notify the student in advance and the schedule will be rearranged.
If the teacher is unable to attend the class for any reason, the date of the class will be changed or, if the student wishes, the class fee will be refunded by bank transfer.

Very easy, follow these steps and in a few minutes you will be closer to your goal.

1. BOOK your first free, no-obligation initial session in which:

I will analyze and detect your level of Spanish and the aspects to improve.
I will listen to your academic and personal goals with Spanish.
I will propose a personalized learning plan for you.
We will schedule our first class.

2. ASK as many questions as you want. My students know that at Spanishconlau we love questions! They are the best way to learn.

3. SPEAK SPANISH AND ENJOY!
